You have the same dream every night: birds are eating you alive. You look out the window and see they've eaten the whole world too. Is there anything left that can break their pattern? Maybe the girl you just found in the vomit heap can save you. ~15 minutes long.

glad i finally read this! one of my favorites from the jam.
This was so fucking sweet!! The worldbuilding and animated sections and birdsongs were so imaginative. The audio and visual presentation had so much character
This was such a cool, upsetting and captivating experience. I was already invested from the fist couple of lines, but I couldn't stop reading as soon as the parents and the birdsong showed up, that's such a cool way to do that effect and it works for the world-building in such a good way.
The visual and audio design, not just for the backgrounds but everything else including sprites was surprising in a good way, it adds a lot to what's already a very well-written short VN. Super engrossing, thank you so much for making it!
